  I had a really positive experience working with Christina at Knight Frank. She was proactive, responsive, and took the time to properly understand my requirements, budget, and situation. What stood out was how helpful and honest she was throughout the process - from arranging viewings efficiently to suggesting relevant off-market properties. Even when an offer fell through, she quickly arranged another nearby viewing that same day. Although I didn’t end up securing a property through Knight Frank this time, I really appreciated Christina’s professionalism and helpful approach throughout the search process.

  I am shocked by the 4.9 rating here that they really don't deserve. The agent wasted 4 months since I vacated the property dilly-dallying between - "Please confirm" and "I am waiting for the landlord to confirm" and that "I don't control the response time from the landlord". I still haven't received my deposit. For the last two emails, I have been ghosted. He made me miss my 3 months deadline to raise a dispute with TDS as well. I didn't think I would have to worry about these cheap tactics from a company like KnightFrank. For a GBP 300 something deduction, that I never even contested, I am still waiting for my deposit to be released. Though they did try to charge me for bills that I had already settled - had to share account closure emails and screenshots with them as well. I had been a very good tenant - kept the flat clean and well maintained, paid all my bills on time, paid the rent on time. Unbelievable and extremely unprofessional of them!

  I had a great experience working with Rudy. He was always on top of things, proactively sharing off-market opportunities and taking the time to organise visits. He’s also very personable and genuinely cares, which made a big difference. I’d happily recommend him.
