  I am generally very satisfied with the property and the service offered by Andrews Estate Agents in High Barnet. Lorna Pigott has been efficient and direct in her communication, and overall the experience has been positive. That said, I do feel there is some room for improvement in how certain requests are handled. Not all of my requests were met with the level of clarity, or explanation I would have expected. At times, responses were very short and direct; while some clients may appreciate that style, I occasionally felt that requests were (not) met without much context or reasoning. Overall, I am happy with the service, but clearer and more considerate communication would make the experience even better.

  I rented a property through Andrews Barnet for 2 years and had a very positive experience. Whenever I needed any help, I contacted Monika and she always replied quickly and clearly. She was very supportive throughout, and the end of tenancy process was handled smoothly without any issues. I really appreciate her support and professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service!

  We had a really great experience with Andrew’s, honestly the best we’ve had while looking for a rental in London. Lorna was so helpful the whole way through—really easy to deal with, quick to respond, and happy to answer all our questions. She even managed to sort us a viewing at very short notice, which we really appreciated. Everything felt smooth and straightforward, and it was nice knowing we were in good hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend.
