  Had the displeasure of being a tenant with Knight Frank for nearly 6 years. Despite numerous requests to fix things, these very rarely got done. They then tried to charge us our entire deposit plus an extra thousand odd for wear and tear... The property had tenants in for about 8 years so some wear and tear to be expected, plus in the check in report, the house was actually in a worse state than when we moved out… We’ve just received our deposit back from TDS because they didn’t give any evidence (this gets them the one star). Communication has always been terrible from them. Sadly they have such a grip on the market, it’s almost impossible to rent with someone else. The only compliment I will give is that Olivia is great. Hats off to her.

  We recently engaged Knight Frank in Wimbledon to find suitable tenants for our home. The team led by Olivia are excellent. The team member that we had most interactions with was Bella and she went above and beyond to help us finalise negotiations with a lovely family. Jodie our property manager is highly competent and thorough in her approach to the handover and timely communications thereafter. Lastly, Samantha is a safe pair of hands with all the documentation side of things. All in all, a competent team that you can trust. Keep up the good work!

  Sonia Cheng of Knight Frank acted for us on the sale of our house. Sonia was totally professional, diligent, well organised and hard-working.   Overall, I had a positive experience with Knight Frank during the sale of my property. Francis and the team were professional, approachable and responsive throughout the process. They communicated regularly, kept me updated on developments within the chain and helped liaise with the buyers, solicitors and other agents when issues arose. The transaction was not always straightforward and there were some delays and uncertainty around exchange, but Francis continued to follow matters up and worked hard to keep the sale progressing. His local market knowledge, presentation of the property and management of the process were all very good. There were occasions when I would have appreciated slightly more proactive communication and firmer confirmation of timelines, which is why I have given four rather than five stars. However, I was generally pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend Knight Frank.

  We engaged with Knight Frank in Wimbledon village and were represented by Olivia & Isabella. They both were very professional, polite and honest from the start. Their business acumen and approach to the letting was floorless. The client they found us was of the highest order and we would not go anywhere else in the future when needing to rent the property.
