As a buyer (and previously a renter), I didn't always have good experiences with estate agents. However, Sonia Cheng from Knight Frank Wimbledon was wonderful to deal with. She and her colleagues are extremely professional and the post-sales support was particularly impressive. I never realised how much work goes into helping a transaction complete. Without Sonia, I don't know if we would have got over the line.
