Excellent, informed and thorough. Truly professional service in a difficult market. On the selling side, Charlie, Will and Ed matched the right people with our property for a pain-free and quick sale; on the buying side they helped us negotiate an acceptable price and communicated well throughout the process. Would definitely say Knight Frank know their business inside out and achieve results others can’t.

I would not recommend Knight Frank based on my experience as a tenant.
We rented a very expensive duplex through them and paid a full year’s rent upfront. Upon moving in, we were shocked to find the landlord’s personal belongings occupying cupboards throughout the property, leaving us with very little storage space of our own. As a result, we had to rent and pay for an external storage unit.
The property was supposedly managed by Knight Frank, yet we experienced significant issues throughout the tenancy. Repairs were repeatedly chased for months without resolution, and we were left without heating for approximately six months. I later learned from the concierge that the previous tenant had experienced the same issue.
Communication was poor, and there appeared to be little ownership of ongoing problems. Matters that should have been straightforward to resolve became lengthy and frustrating.
The most disappointing aspect was the handling of our deposit and end-of-tenancy issues. Nearly two years later, around £5,000 remains in dispute. We were told we had not given sufficient notice despite having signed a fixed one-year tenancy agreement, and deductions were also proposed because the landlord’s belongings were not returned to exactly the same positions within the property.
Following this experience, when I recently rented another property that was also being marketed by Knight Frank, I deliberately chose to deal with a different agent. As someone currently looking to purchase property, I will continue to avoid using Knight Frank in the future.
This review reflects my personal experience and the significant frustration caused by what I believe was poor property management and inadequate customer service.
This version keeps all the key points while sounding measured and credible, which tends to carry more weight with prospective tenants and buyers.

Had a great experience having recently purchased a property through Knight Frank. Massive shoutout to Charlie who was super helpful, transparent and kept things moving throughout the process.
Having been burnt in a previous purchase with a different local estate agent, our experience with Knight Frank and Charlie was worlds apart and a massive improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Knight Frank, specifically Charlie Burnell, who went above and beyond in his duties to sell a property. I highly recommend Knight Frank and specifically Charlie Burnell.
