  We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Arafat showed us our home and really fought our corner to get our offer accepted, and Helen as our move manager was absolutely outstanding. She kept us informed and up to date every step of the way, was incredibly proactive, and made what can be a stressful process feel genuinely manageable. A huge thank you to you both, we could not have asked for more. Highly recommend!

  This has been, without doubt, the worst Property Management departement I have ever dealt with. After moving out of the property on 1 June, getting my deposit back has been an absolute nightmare. Despite sending numerous emails and making repeated phone calls, my partner and I have been ignored for weeks. To this day, I still have not received my deposit or any replies to my emails. When I raised a complaint, I was told over the phone that my tenancy was actually managed by the East Ham branch, not Stratford, even though I had been instructed to contact the Stratford property management team. I was promised that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. To make matters even worse, I then received an email threatening legal action for alleged rent arrears, instructing me to reply to the Stratford property management email address. This completely contradicted what I had been told and demonstrated a shocking lack of communication between their own branches. Not to mention that even the value stated in the email was incorrect based on what I was paying monthly. I am now genuinely concerned that, because of the poor communication and lack of organisation between the branches, my tenancy has not even been properly closed. Instead of dealing with the end of my tenancy professionally and returning my deposit, they have left me chasing them for answers while receiving contradictory information. The level of customer service has been unacceptable. Emails are ignored, phone calls lead nowhere, promises of callbacks are never kept, and tenants are left without any updates. It feels like they only make contact when they want something from you. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through Haart to think twice. My experience has been stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional, and I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

  This was my first experience with Haart East Ham, and I was very impressed with the service provided by Harrison. He arrived on time for the viewing, conducted himself professionally throughout, and clearly explained the entire lettings process. Harrison answered all of my questions thoroughly and made what could have been a complicated process feel straightforward and stress-free. His knowledge, professionalism, and friendly approach were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Harrison and Haart East Ham to anyone looking to rent a property.
