  A big thank you to agent Anna Davies who found us exactly what we wanted. We had incredibly picky criteria for the apartment we wanted to rent in a very small specific area. Anna encouraged us to see properties minutes from our ideal location and she did indeed show us many beautiful and very suitable properties but we held out in the hope that something might come on the market in the area we so loved. So Anna went hunting and then came to us with a property with our ideal address and the apartment was perfect too. All criteria met. And it really was down to her willingness to truly understand what we wanted and deliver it. It was a long process but Anna communicated with us constantly and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she really listened and worked so hard to find us what we were looking for. Thank you Anna.

  Danielle Gaughan is everything you want in an estate agent: professional, responsive and proactive. She communicates well, keeps transactions moving and is a pleasure to work with. As a property solicitor, I see a lot of agents; Danielle is one of the good ones. Highly recommended

  I rented an apartment through this agency for 2 weeks and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The apartment is extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep properly. When I raised this issue, both Jade and Renata dismissed my concerns and even suggested that I was not telling the truth, which is completely unacceptable. There has been no support or willingness to resolve the situation, and my request for a partial refund has been ignored. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer care from an agency like this. I would not recommend using their services.

  Rosie is the best agent in London. She helped me find my place in Belgravia in just 48 hours. She is extremely responsive, well organised, and genuinely helpful. She understood exactly what I was looking for and delivered the perfect place in London. I couldn’t recommend her more.

  We have used Knight Frank to find my next flat - I was in a very busy area and it really did not suit the purpose that I needed it too. Hindsight is sometimes 20/20. Our letting agent, Rosie Waters has been completely helpful with adapting my Mum and I throughout this process. Once we found a flat, I immediately started the process to acquire it to ensure we did not lose it. Which was only supported through Rosie's hard work. This process was very much easier and stress-free - which are very important qualities to have in letting. Thank you so much guys.
