He is exceptionally friendly and professional. Jordan stuck with me through the many challenges of being an international renter and has helped sort out a lot of bumps in the road while I’ve been overseas. Jordan is incredibly comforting which is a massive relief in the crazy London housing market. He is definitely an asset to the London real estate industry. I would highly recommend working with him and will definitely be working with him again!
- PPPierre-Jean PouitJun 26, 20211.02 months and we still not have our deposit back... We have rented a flat for 3 years and give back cleaner (professional cleaning) and a very good condition. In the last 2 months, they made several attempts to steal money from our deposit : - they claimed that the flat was not clean whereas the checkout inventory shows that a lot more rooms are professionally clean then the check in inventory.. - they claimed that a lot of items where missing whereas they allowed us (with e-mail proofs) to get ride of this items... - they claimed that 2 blankets are missing whereas they appear on the check out inventory (and one other items that must be in the flat), they asked 10£ for light bulbs after near by 100k£ rent... I do not know who they think they are to try to swindle renters like that...it’s really really annoying... Avoid KF if you can or be extra extra careful when dealing with them...
