Never call back when you have an important question, lost the rent twice, sent me arrears letters twice for the wrong reasons, gave me the wrong amount of final rent to pay for the flat and totally disorganised. Avoid at all costs, especially if you aren’t confident in your landlord. I now live in a property managed by Foxtons and can easily say Haart are total cowboys.
