- DSDébora SouzaMay 13, 20261.0If I could give -1000 stars I would. First issue started when we moved in. They gave us the flat in a horrible state. The flat was not even cleaned. Secondly, any time we had an issue at the property the only way for them to sort out the problems was if we stopped paying rent. And thirdly, we moved out about a month ago and we still don’t have our deposit back. We’ve been to the branch, and they can never help because property management team is not located there. Tried calling the property management team several times but they never pick up. Sent several emails with everyone Cced and still got no reply. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOU OR YOUR MONEY.
