- DLDamilare LateefJun 10, 20265.0I spoke with a customer representative Amina S, about my washing machine been faulty , she called immediately and also dropped an email requesting for the pictures , instantly after sending the pictures , she reached out to an engineer for quotation to fix it while also speaking to the landlord simultaneously, they got to the conclusion of getting a new washing machine almost immediately while Amina sent an email back stating a new washing machine as been ordered and was fixed in 4 days . It was a swift and terrific job. Thank you for your swift response and service . It was a great experience and keep it up!!!

Although I arrived about 15 minutes late, I had informed them in advance — I sent two messages and also contacted the agency to let them know I would be slightly delayed. When I arrived, I found another person waiting who told me she had also tried to contact the agency, but no one responded. It is extremely frustrating to take the time and travel for a viewing, only to find that no one is there. This kind of behaviour is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for clients. I expect much better from people working in an agency who should be providing a reliable service.
