  I was looking to buy a flat in central London. I met John Coatea at Felicity J Lord. He was so organised and showed me 7 properties with the specifications I wanted. He was so professional and helpful. We decided on one flat after he showed me and my wife the selected five properties. We decided on one and he negotiated the price for us. Until we finally completed the sale John was extremely helpful and you can’t be more professional. I would really like to work with him again. He communicated with us regularly through what’s app until sale was completed

  I had been looking for a property for quite a while, and as a first-time buyer it can be a really stressful process, but Abz, John, and Sam made it so much easier and helped me find my dream home. They were all so helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout. Abz was great from the start, John was always helpful with viewings and any questions I had, and Sam made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated all their help and I would 1000% recommend them.

  I can’t recommend Samiya Ahmed at Felicity J. Lord highly enough. From the very first conversation she stood out as someone who genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her clients, not just closing a deal. Samiya was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, explained every step clearly, and kept us fully informed with prompt, honest updates. Her local knowledge of the area was excellent, and the advice she gave on pricing, viewings, and negotiations was spot-on and clearly based on real market insight rather than generic scripts. What impressed me most was her calm, proactive approach. When small issues arose (as they often do with property), she handled them efficiently and without drama, always keeping our interests front and centre. She is personable without being pushy, organised without being rigid, and has that rare combination of strong commercial awareness and genuine warmth.   Unfortunately, our experience with this agency has been extremely frustrating from the start. We were provided with important information that turned out to be incorrect, particularly regarding parking. We were led to believe that resident parking would be possible, only to find out just two days before moving in that the property is in a car-free development and permits are not available. This left us with very limited options and caused unnecessary stress at an already busy time. Had this information been disclosed accurately from the beginning, we could have made a properly informed decision. On move-in day, the property was not in the condition we expected. There were several cleaning issues, items left behind by previous occupants, stains, dust, broken or damaged fixtures, and maintenance issues that had not been addressed. While we appreciate that a cleaner was eventually arranged and they did an excellent job cleaning the areas they were able to access, this should have been handled before our move-in date rather than after we had already moved our belongings in. We also found the communication and handling of our requests disappointing. Given the inconvenience caused by the issues above, we expected a more proactive approach and greater effort to resolve matters, including our reasonable requests regarding unwanted furniture left in the property. Overall, the experience has caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting move. We hope the agency takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication, transparency, and move-in processes for future tenants.

  Worst estate agents ever. Takes ages to communicate, and when I was moving out they took my keys and a different estate agent to the one I was talking to , almost took my keys home without letting me know. After I moved out they threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay rent for months AFTER I moved out and ended the contract. One of the estate agents was extremely rude and blamed me for things out of my control. They don’t pick up the phone and don’t reply. Do not use this estate agents for anything at all
