  We had such a wonderful experience with Sena Wogormebu. When I called the office to request a reference for our new home, the lovely receptionist immediately found our records. When I asked for the agent I'd previously dealt with, she explained he was on annual leave and immediately put me through to the available agent, Sena. I had to call back a few times due to delays and communication issues with the other party, and each time she was warm, cheerful, and more than happy to put me through. Although we'd never spoken before, Sena was incredibly helpful from the very start. Every time I spoke with her, she was patient, polite, reassuring, and genuinely happy to help. We urgently needed the reference to secure our new home, and she responded immediately, put my mind at ease, and made the whole process so much easier. What impressed me even more was that this happened over six months after we had moved out of the property they managed. Despite no longer being tenants, we were treated with the same level of care and professionalism as if we had never left. We've been with this letting agency for four years, and they have never let us down. Every interaction has been positive, and having team members like Sena speaks volumes about the company's values and commitment to excellent service. In fact, this is the third review I've left for a member of the team over the past four years. That alone says everything about the consistently high standard of customer service this agency provides. It's rare to find a company with such genuinely caring and helpful people. Thank you, Sena, for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support. You turned what was a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience, and I'm incredibly grateful. I highly recommend both Sena and the agency, and when the time comes for us to purchase our first home, we'll certainly be back.

  I cannot praise Hassan enough for his diligence , helpfulness and patience in helping me with my application for my Landlord Licence . Due to health issues I was late in beginning my application and panic was setting in . Hassan is booking all the contractors for the certificates I need and is keeping me in the loop daily . This is what customer service really means ! Thank you .
