  EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE SELLING OUR FLAT THROUGH FJL With a different estate agent, we had had a difficult time selling our flat over the course of a year (we got close to completion no fewer than 3 times, before the buyer dropped out for various reasons - mortgage issues, change of heart etc). So we decided instead to sell through FJL, as we had had a good experience engaging with them on our purchase. Lenny took on the purchase, and (I hope he won't mind me saying) we were initially surprised at how young he is! But we should not have worried, as he was everything you would want in a selling agent. He immediately worked very hard to get us a large number of viewings in a short period of time, he gave us helpful and sensible advice, he was always available for any queries, and he managed the buyers very well. After a painful year of trying and failing to sell our flat through another agent, it was a pleasure to switch to FJL and have our sale run smoothly start to finish (which included achieving the price we had targeted). Kudos to Lenny and team!

  Really pleased with our service from FJ Lord Islington and Stoke Newington! Zak from the Stoke Newington branch showed us found somewhere matching our criteria in a slightly different area and we ended up loving it!   We had a really positive experience with Lenny O’Shea and the team at Felicity J Lord. We were both selling our flat and buying another property at the same time, so there were quite a few moving parts and a lot that needed to come together within a fairly tight timeframe. Lenny was excellent throughout. He was very experienced, practical and reassuring, and always seemed to know exactly what needed to happen next. He kept things moving, followed up when needed and was always available when we had questions or needed advice. A special mention also to Hazal, who found the buyer for our flat and was fantastic to deal with. What we appreciated most was feeling that Lenny and the team were genuinely on top of everything. Moving house is never completely stress-free, but having people you trust managing the process makes an enormous difference. We would happily recommend Lenny, Hazal and the Felicity J Lord team to anyone selling or buying in the area.
