  We went through this agency to buy our first flat. Mahdi Chowdhery was really helpful throughout and was always a reliable and prompt point of contact. He made it easy to arrange inspection access etc when needed, and was always friendly and was happy to work through email primarily (as that is my preference).

  I dealt with both the lettings and sales sides of Felicity J Lord in Greenwich, as they managed my flat while it was let and then managed the sale. I would characterise the sales side as adequate - they are nice guys and respond efficiently to queries, though I do think that if I'd followed all their advice the flat would have sold for less than it eventually did. The lettings/ property management side of things was less good. While the team (especially Nick and Ayo) were great at marketing the flat, the property management team (I believe based at the Blackheath branch) who took over while it was tenanted caused a lot of problems, including charging me for a service which I only found out months later they had not actually done. Their extremely sluggish work on the checkout inspection almost cost me over £700 as they were so consistently slow and difficult to get hold of that we almost missed the 30 day deadline to claim back damages from the tenant's deposit (damage which may not have been done if the property had been more proactively managed). In conclusion, Felicity J Lord are an OK choice if you are selling property but I would give them a wide berth if you are letting.

  Felicity J Lord have been absolutely fantastic during the sale of our property - I can’t speak highly enough of the dream team of Joe and Alex. With a young family and busy life, this process could have been massively stressful, but they kept us updated throughout, managed any niggles proactively and went above and beyond.
