  Was the first to enquire on a property ( so I was told) which seemed to be an issue as the lady Charlotte I spoke to bluntly said “ well I just put it up”. She took my details and asked question about affordability and I was told I’d be contacted the next day for a viewing. As expected no one contacted so I called again and my details taken again and was told the landlord is yet to agree on viewing dates but Charlotte would call me. I left it for another few days and called again and once again my details taken by a nice man named Adi who said I would be called. The weekend past and I called again as I had a tight deadline to move, I called up and enquired on the viewings and was told by Charlotte’ “viewings took place already, we had a lot of interest and someone put a holding deposit down, the property is gone”. So I told her I had been waiting for a call back as I was told I’d be called to view the property and that I had called a number of times, she abruptly cut me off and snapped: “Well there’s nothing I can do, it’s gone now” and hung up. Such a bad experience, I understand how competitive the market is but to not follow through or give everyone a fair chance especially as the first to reach out regarding a property is disappointing.

  The best landlord's agent in London at messing up and then making you pay for their mistakes. Correspondence goes into a void, never to return, except with an excuse attached. It is just possible that this is the baseline level of incompetence of all managing agents, of course, in which case we have a genuine kakopoly going.

  What an amazing lady, Very kind and welcoming. Spoke to Anne today regarding some properties we are interested in, she was very polite and easy to speak to, giving us great information to think about, we hope to return to work with this company as I believe 1st impressions are everything.

  Do not use this agency ! They do not answer any of our emails and we have been going back and forth over the same problems (including some signed in the contract initially) for over 7 months now. Their method is easy: deflect to another person or don't answer an email. They say letting agencies are bad but this is worse than anyone could imagine.

  Have worked with Charlotte a few times over the last few years and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with, a real gem: always forward thinking, very organised, as well as being patient and kind.. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you Charlotte!!
