  Kyanne Neavin-Martin is a rockstar and she communicates wonderfully. She went above and beyond on a difficult sale and ultimately helped save the deal. She is one of the best progressors I have had the pleasure of working with.

  A very positive experience overall, particularly thanks to Kyanne. She was proactive throughout the sale, kept things moving and was always helpful and responsive. I was particularly impressed with the effort she put in. The reason I’m not giving five stars is that I was initially approached through a post through the door claiming the agency might have a buyer specifically interested in my property. It became clear that this was a marketing tactic rather than there actually being a prospective buyer. I found that approach a little disingenuous. I also think the £6,000 minimum fee is quite high, particularly for lower-value properties. That said, the service I received during the actual sale was very good, and Kyanne in particular deserves recognition for being so proactive and professional.

  Felicity j lord black heath branch were amazing from the start. Within the first few weeks I had a number of viewings and an offer which was more than I had initially expected. Vicki Tait carried out the viewing and has stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process, even letting me know if she was going to be away from the office and who would be best to contact in her absence. The whole team were great and were able to give me updates even when Vicki wasn’t in. I would 100% recommend. They always answer the phone and return phone calls if they aren’t free at the time. Felicity j lord were actually the second agent I used but I wish I had gone with them from the start. Thank you for all of your work on my sale!

  Generally speaking, it’s a pretty good agency—I can’t speak for everyone, but Kyanne Neavin is a very nice and helpful person. However, looking beyond the virtual side of things, the reality is that sluggishness and a slow pace of work are the norm there. Finalizing the purchase of a "no-chain" property took eight months, and I ended up losing over £7,000—money I had intended to use for renovating the new place—because I had to renegotiate my mortgage; the new agreement came in more than £7,000 lower than the previous one, and I was only informed of this two days before the exchange. So, if you don't mind being hit at the last minute with a surprise extra cost of £7,000 or £10,000, feel free to go with this agency.

  I would highly recommend FJ Lord and particularly Vicki Tait who provided great assistance throughout the process, which was much needed as a first-time buyer. From the beginning she made the viewing process feel relaxed and welcoming, while remaining informative. When parts of the process started to slow down, she would do her utmost to chase down the relevant parties and keep things moving. When Vicki was not around, her colleagues would step in and assist with the same level of efficiency, which was good.
