  Horrbile agency, appaling behaviour throughout our tenancy. They are happy to be platforming an unprofessional, phisically and verbally agressive, predatory landlord with full knowledge of their behaviour, allowing existing damage/issues to the property to be concealed during viewings, and quietly allowing the landlord to attempt to charge the tenants for full repairs/rennovations after leaving. We stayed the full length of the tenancy in a property with active mould and damp issues that were present from the day we moved in, until the day we left. They were shrugging their shoulders regarding the property management (or lack there of), while they are more than happy to keep the full deposit and earn interest on it as the landlord delays proceedings. Did not expect such behaviour from what is supposedly a top estates agents - would never trust them again and would not recommend to anyone (except if you are a landlord looking for an agency who will turn a blind eye - then you have found the perfect agency!).

  I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent than Yasmin Layouni. From the very beginning, she supported me through every single step of finding my new home and was always there whenever I had questions or needed help.   We bought in London through Knight Frank and they were fantastic. It was a complicated process, involving many counterparties and KF brought it together seamlessly. They offered well reasoned and realistic advice throughout the process. We primarily dealt with Daniel Garnett and he had been helping us with our search for a very long time. He really listened to what we were looking for and went out his way to find us properties that fitted our requirements. His persistence and professionalism are what enabled us to get the purchase done. We couldn’t recommend him enough.
