Responses were consistently delayed, promises weren't met, and despite constantly following up, I was met with little to no communication. After waiting over a month, I finally received a response that wasn't helpful, and since then none of my messages have been replied to. I'm genuinely confused by all the positive reviews because my experience was completely different.
