Throughout the process we felt that he was getting to know us, our wants and needs. This was notably thanks to never having to co-visit with other prospect tenants, something that many other agencies do. Anton worked later than the typical 9-5 one day to ensure papers are finalized and he was also very responsive (on either phone or whatsapp). Finally, Anton reacted swiftly when we discovered that a few things were not cleaned up to standards by the previous tenants in our new home: he was able to arrange additional cleaning swiftly and our move was not delayed.
