- MMMistah MoMo6 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with Haart, particularly with Tony from Haart Estate agent, Barkingside. His tone and the way he spoke to me came across as rude and with an attitude. I felt judged, as though I was desperate to get into the property, rather than being treated as a potential buyer. The conversation seemed more focused on pushing their mortgage adviser and AIP than understanding my interest in the property or helping arrange a viewing. If an AIP is a requirement before viewing, this should be clearly stated on the advert or explained at the beginning. Haart is providing a service and potentially earning a fee from the sale, so I would expect basic professional and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I feel Tony would benefit from some customer service training. Happy to provide the phone recording to management as this is extremely poor service.
