My experience with this letting agency has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After paying a holding deposit, I expected clear communication and a professional service. Instead, I have been left constantly chasing for updates, with little to no response. The communication has been very poor, customer service has been disappointing, and there has been absolutely no sense of urgency in dealing with my application. I have repeatedly had to follow up myself, only to receive vague responses or no response at all. It feels as though once the holding deposit was paid, my concerns no longer mattered. The lack of professionalism and organisation has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. A simple update or honest communication would have made a significant difference, but unfortunately that has not been the case. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. If you value professionalism, transparency, timely communication, and good customer service, I would advise looking elsewhere.
