  We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Anna Roberts at Knight Frank. Anna was representing the sellers of the house we bought, but throughout the whole process she went above and beyond to help us too. She kept us informed at every stage, was excellent at managing the negotiations around our offer, and did everything she could to keep the whole chain moving. In fact, she ended up helping us enormously with the sale of our own flat and navigating some particularly challenging buyers often more than our own estate agent did! What really sets Anna apart, though, is how personal the experience feels. She is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely lovely, kind and reassuring to deal with. We always felt that she cared about getting the right outcome for everyone involved. Thanks in no small part to Anna, we have bought what we hope will be our forever home. But if we ever do need an estate agent again, she would be the first person we would call! We couldn't recommend Anna highly enough.

  This agency is only interested in selling a super expensive properties. My flat for half a million was not good enough for them, their manager was not interested. Unbelievable!

  I was shopping around for an estate agent to sell our Fulham flat and in the first conversation with Lewin, he mentioned he knew of someone who would be interested. With one off market viewing, we were able to get an asking price offer and here we are a couple months later, exchanged and ready for completion. Couldn't have done it without Lewin! Highly recommended!

  I never write reviews but… I had to share my experience with Knight Frank. I had previous experience with terrible estate agencies in Fulham but I have just sold my house with Knight Frank and I couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism, expertise and fantastic communication. They skilfully handled offers and counteroffers ensuring my interests were protected while keeping all parties engaged and cooperating. Special thanks to Anna who went above and beyond every step of the way: from launching the property to securing a home for my plants and always with a smile! I highly recommend Anna and Team to anyone.

  We couldn't recommend Knight Frank Fulham more highly. We bought our house through them this summer while relocating from France, and the whole experience was outstanding from even prior the first viewing to exchange. Chloë in particular was exceptional. She understood our situation very quickly and guided us through a purchase that was far from straightforward: a probate sale, a cross-border move, and tight timing constraints. She was responsive at every stage, always available, and proactive in keeping things moving between all parties. She also went well beyond the transaction itself, connecting us with excellent professionals of great quality: solicitor, mortgage broker, surveyor which made a real difference for buyers arriving from abroad without an established network in London. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful process felt smooth and very well managed. Warm thanks to Chloë and the Knight Frank Fulham team.
