  I bought my house with the Haart agency, the agent was Hayley Johnson ,I can say that she was very helpful to me, and also I can say because of her I bought this property, she is a very professional agent, dedicated to what she does and she helped me a lot, in my opinion she is a very dedicated person in what she does, I definitely recommend Haart and in special Hayley Johnson… many thanks Petre Marin

  Haart had a really good range of properties at RM3 and we were very happy with the service we received from the team & Tom during the financial discussion. Everything felt organised and straightforward from the first viewing, and the team were always friendly and responsive. A special thank you to Hayley Johnson for all her help. She was patient, approachable and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. She listened to what we were looking for and gave honest guidance without putting any pressure on us. Her positive attitude and support made a real difference, and we are so pleased to have found a home we love through Hayley & Haart team. We would happily recommend to others.

  haart had some really good properties available, and our overall experience with them was very positive. The team was professional, helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the house search process much smoother for us. Hayley was absolutely lovely and extremely hardworking throughout our search. We requested multiple viewings in a single day, and she was very patient, helpful and accommodating. She even took us around in the car, showed genuine interest in understanding what we were looking for, and was happy to show us more homes if we wanted to explore further. What we really appreciated was that Hayley felt very genuine and supportive. With her help and effort, we were able to find our dream home. We are really grateful for all her support and would happily recommend both Hayley and haart.

  For buying a first home I used Haart Harold Wood as a choice for the property because it was marketed with several agents but I regret my decision and had a poor experience with them. I visited the branch after a positive interaction at another location which made me feel brand loyal and as such enquired about a property locally that was advertised for sale with Haart Harold Wood. They had no office at the time due to construction and so Shannon met me in the hallway and took some details to arrange a viewing. The viewing was arranged for a Wednesday but we had confirmed Thursday so I had to sort this. I went to view the property and no agent came at any point which surprised me and this isn't ideal because of questions I may have had about the property, especially given the branch was around the corner. Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise but the owners/occupiers of the property were great and we liked the house. We went to view various other properties with other local estate agents and found the service much more professional and efficient, with agents actually attending for the viewings. After deciding we liked the first house we dealt with the owners/occupiers directly as it didn't seem that Haart Harold Wood were that interested and it was hard to contact them at times. Eventually when speaking with the Haart Harold Wood again they seemed frustrated that we had gone for a second viewing, at invitation from the owners/occupiers. If they cared that much about offering or follow-ups with the tenants directly they'd facilitate the viewings themselves but obviously not. From that point onwards we dealt with other stakeholders with the purchase of the property and it was much easier and then once the sale was completed I went to collect the keys from the branch and that was nothing meaningful but that concluded the process of dealing with this branch which I was happy with. I had at one point had a dealing with Fiona in the branch who I must mention was helpful and had a good attitude but otherwise I wasn't impressed with this branch. I decided to then make a complaint and spoke at length with the branch manager Tom Costin who was good at listening to my concerns and feedback but at the end of the day the complaint wasn't resolved to my satisfaction and has left me feeling frustrated and annoyed, nevertheless, the branch will have their own views on what I've explained above and they're entitled to but I don't feel like I've been treated as a valued customer or with the best service possible. It has simply left me regretting using this company and I'd have been better off choosing one of the other three agents who were marketing the property but you learn from your mistakes. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this branch to friends or family and would not use them again for buying/selling or letting properties. Personally given this experience I wouldn't use the brand again but I am sure there are other branches which perhaps are a little bit more 'on the ball'. The sale of the property was handled quite quickly but I feel this was thanks to the great efforts of SpicerHaart which is their corporate branch based up north, to which I was pleased with my interactions with them.

  Useless estate agents. They do not have any customer service quality. Called 3 times to book a viewing for property, every time they say someone will call you within 24 hours ! I have also filled up their online viewing request too. When can't you just book a simple viewing how can you manage the property !
