Hayley was a consummate professional when showing prospective buyers around our home, and once we had secured a buyer, Jacqui worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving. She regularly chased conveyancers and other estate agents throughout the chain and kept us informed about exactly where things stood. Both ladies genuinely went above and beyond. Our experience would have been very different without their professionalism, persistence and personal attention. A huge thank you to Hayley and Jacqui — you are both a real credit to the team.
