  I have just completed the sale of my house in Herne Hill through Knight Frank in Dulwich Village. They were extremely professional at all stages of the process and were highly efficient with communications through the numerous viewings and later in the process. Particular thanks go (alphabetically :)) to Catherine, Nicky and Zak in the early stages and Zak again for the way he handled the discussions once the house was under offer - all was dealt with calmly, clearly and in good humour. Thankfully I am not planning to move again soon but would strongly recommend Knight Frank on the back of my experience.

  We cannot recommend Knight Frank in Dulwich highly enough. After having a terrible experience with another agent trying to sell our house, we were sceptical about continuing on believing 'all estate agents are the same'. But having viewed several houses to buy with Knight Frank, we knew that their team were friendly, professional and responsive, so thought we would give it a try. We were so glad that we did - they were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and helped us re-gain trust in the conveyancing process. Nicky and Zak were always on hand throughout, communication was excellent and it was refreshing to deal with lovely human beings! They have patience and tenacity in abundance and we are very grateful for all they did to help us.

  We had a really positive experience selling our house with Zak and the Knight Frank Dulwich Team. Zak was professional, personable and, importantly, kept things moving throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was always timely, he kept us updated without needing to be chased, and he struck a good balance between looking after our interests as sellers while also maintaining a positive relationship with our buyers. That made the whole transaction feel much smoother. No sale is ever completely straightforward, but we always felt confident that things were progressing and that any issues would be dealt with promptly. In an industry that doesn’t always have the best reputation, it was refreshing to work with someone who was knowledgeable and straightforward. We’d happily recommend Zak and the Knight Frank Dulwich Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
