  I would like to thank Haart Lettings, especially Sylvena Buffong, for her outstanding support throughout my property search and move-in process. From the moment she offered me a property, Sylvena has been professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She has kept in regular contact, following up every now and then to make sure everything is progressing smoothly. Even while my application, background checks, and other processes are still ongoing, she has been very responsive and has guided me through every step. Her dedication, excellent communication, and willingness to assist have made what can often be a stressful process much easier. I highly recommend Heart Lettings and especially Sylvena Buffong to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent. Thank you for all your help so far!

  I had the pleasure of meeting Sylvena today as I signed up with Haart. She was extremely helpful and had a very positive attitude towards helping me finding my perfect home. The service and advice was lovely and straight to the point. I fully recommend popping into the agency and keeping an eye out for Sylvena if you’re planning on looking for a new flat!

  Our experience with Haart was extremely poor and dragged on for over 8 months while we were trying to have our names removed from a rental contract. Despite providing notice and replacement tenants promptly, we remained legally tied to a property we no longer lived in due to issues that were never properly managed. We ultimately had to issue a formal complaint due to the ongoing delays and lack of progress. Communication from Natalie Black was particularly frustrating – responses were slow, often inaccurate, and lacked any clear plan. While she repeatedly blamed the landlord, there was never any acknowledgement of the significant communication failures and delays on the agency’s side. Even after escalation, progress remained slow and reactive rather than proactive. We had to chase constantly just to move things forward. Contracts were eventually issued at the last minute, and the entire process felt disorganised and poorly handled throughout. Overall, a very stressful experience with little accountability or ownership. I would not recommend.
