Konrad wasn’t actually my main point of contact, but a Senior Lettings Negotiator. While my tenancy progression was handled by someone else, Konrad still went out of his way to help me a lot throughout the process while my point of contact was on AL.
He was supportive, responsive, and genuinely willing to assist whenever I needed guidance. I really appreciated his help and professionalism. Pleasure to work with him.

UPDATE: Knight Frank Canary Wharf responded to my original review claiming they “haven’t been able to locate” my details on their system. I was a tenant in a property handled by this branch for around three years. They dealt with my tenancy, renewal discussions, viewings, checkout and deposit process. I have written records of the tenancy and communications. If their response is that they cannot locate me, that only reinforces my concern about how poorly and impersonally tenants are handled.
My experience with Knight Frank Canary Wharf was genuinely awful.
I rented through this branch for around three years. Towards the end of my tenancy, I gave them early notice that I was dealing with a serious family medical situation and needed a short period of time to decide whether to renew, extend or move out. I was trying to be transparent, fair and responsible.
Instead of being met with clarity, flexibility or basic human consideration, I felt I was treated as a commercial inconvenience.
I was told that the flat could not sit empty over the winter period because December to February were difficult months for lettings. In practice, this left me feeling pressured into an unacceptable position: either leave quickly, or commit to a longer arrangement on terms that suited the landlord. For an expensive flat, after three years as a tenant, and during a serious personal situation, I found that approach cold and unreasonable.
A compromise was then agreed. Knight Frank could begin viewings while I considered my position, and we would reconvene on a specific date to make a final decision. I allowed viewings to take place in my home because I was trying to act fairly and avoid leaving the landlord exposed.
The agreed date came and went. Nobody contacted me for the follow-up conversation we had agreed. A few days later, I was simply told my checkout date and asked what time I would be leaving. From my perspective, the flat had effectively been moved on without the agreed discussion ever happening. I was left with days to leave a home I had lived in for years, while dealing with a serious medical situation in my family.
That moment summed up the entire experience: no ownership, no joined-up communication, no meaningful care, and no recognition that there was a real person on the other side of the process.
The deposit process was also poor. My money was held for longer than I felt was reasonable, and deductions were pursued for items where I had written records showing prior agreement with the landlord. I had to challenge, evidence and push back repeatedly before some of the issues were recognised. Even then, money was still retained, which I do not believe was justified.
Throughout the process, I was passed between different teams who did not appear to have proper context. Each person offered surface-level sympathy, but nobody took real ownership or did anything meaningful to resolve the situation fairly. The overall impression was of a branch that is highly organised when protecting the landlord’s position, but fragmented, mechanical and indifferent when dealing with a tenant.
If you are a landlord, this branch may be exactly what you want. If you are a tenant, I would be extremely cautious. My experience was that, once the situation became even slightly complicated, three years of tenancy counted for very little.
I would not recommend Knight Frank Canary Wharf to any tenant based on my experience.

We had an excellent experience with Knight Frank from start to finish. Moving home can often be stressful, but the whole process felt smooth, well-organised, and genuinely supported throughout.
A special thank you to Jordan and Jason, who were both outstanding. They were professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track. Communication was clear and timely, and we always felt informed and reassured at every stage.
Their attention to detail and commitment really stood out, and it made a big difference during such an important transition for us. We truly appreciate the effort and care they put into helping us secure our new home.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Knight Frank, and especially Jordan and Jason, to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality service.
Thank you again for making our move such a positive experience!

We worked with Blair Shekleton from Knight Frank on our flat purchase in Limehouse and had a fantastic collaboration. Blair was always available when we needed to ask questions around the process, facilitated all communications between us, all solicitors as well as the seller and we always felt that we were in good hands. Their expertise in the area and their knowledge of the property market is undeniable. Thank you Blair and Knight Frank for helping us get our dream flat!
