- AJAndrew James3 days ago1.0Putting a 1, wish I could put 0. No idea how this office has sustained a 4.9. I enquired on a property and was condescendingly spoken to for absolutely no reason, by a lady named Natasha. Upon requesting to speak to someone else, I was then met with more poor tone from a lady named Sophie. Not sure if it was because we wanted to a view a short-let property, and agents might be less interested in these? All we wanted was a viewing, instead one frustratingly explained what a short let property was, without even providing the correct context for the property, and the other explained to me what "gmail" was, and that I should check my gmail for an email I received (nothing was sent to me. After both of these lovely interactions, I pushed to still get a viewing confirmation, all to find out the day before that the property had been taken (as they tend to leave out the unit is posted by multiple other agencies). Still got an email reminder for my appointment to view the place however! Sure glad I checked my phone. Absolutely bizarre behaviour all around. Call it a bad day in the office or a weird corporate culture. Similar vibe to a designer store that assumes you're not worth their time.
