James was fantastic from the very beginning. He valued the apartment and took the time to talk me through and explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable and confident with each step. Liam then did an amazing job finding a suitable tenant and managing the process from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful in dealing with both myself and the tenant, making sure that we both felt comfortable and fully informed throughout. He guided us through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Both James and Liam were always at the end of the phone whenever I needed them and were willing to help with anything, no matter how small. Their professionalism, communication and personal approach made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and reassuring. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending James and Liam, and I’m extremely grateful for all their hard work and support.
