The communication was quick and efficient, and Ross was working well into the evenings to help it all work out. It's no exaggeration to say that the chain would probably have fallen apart if it had not been for Ross's coordination of the chain from top to bottom. A member of staff even came to the house to provide reassurance and company to my elderly mother when she would otherwise have been left alone with our buyer's surveyor - and he stayed for the duration. The end result was very satisfactory. In summary: highly recommended!
