  Absolutely chuffed with Serap and Jon at Andrew’s Property Group. They showed me a cracking property, helped me put in an offer which got accepted, and the referencing was sorted in less than a day. Serap kept me in the loop the whole time and made everything dead easy. Top service all round!

What could have been a very stressful and frustrating experience, due to complications and confusion with third-party income verification, was handled by Serap with remarkable efficiency, patience, and reassurance. She consistently went above and beyond to find solutions, kept me informed every step of the way, and ensured the entire process moved forward smoothly despite the challenges. Her communication throughout has been outstanding: clear, prompt, professional, and always supportive.   Royal Mail mistakenly delivered my parcel to a property with a very similar address to mine (and actually left it at the door). Currently, no one lives there, but the parcel had been taken inside. Today I contacted Andrews regarding this issue. I would like to sincerely thank them for their surprisingly quick help in resolving the problem. I called in the morning, and by the afternoon an employee from the agency had already gone to collect the parcel and personally delivered it to my home, for which I am very grateful.
