They were consistently poor at communications, frequently failed to return phone calls or emails in a timely manner and frankly made the process more convoluted than it needed to be. The most frustrating agency that I’ve used in any of my five house moves in my view. Would be one star but we bought the house, so… Interestingly, I left a review here after the house buying process completed last year but the review seems to have disappeared. So reposting.
