  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Serap was extremely disappointing. From the initial viewing, I found Serap quite dismissive and unapproachable. I explained that I was facing a Section 21 notice and urgently needed to secure accommodation, so communication was particularly important. After viewing the property, I made an offer and was informed that the landlord would be happy to accept £1,650 per month instead of the advertised £1,700. I then asked Serap to liaise with my council, who were assisting with referencing and deposit arrangements. Despite numerous emails from both myself and the council, Serap failed to respond. The council also attempted to contact her by phone and received no response. I sent several follow-up emails requesting an update and heard nothing. I even contacted another department within the company to ask what was happening, yet nobody got back to me. What I find most unacceptable is that I was never informed that the property had been let agreed. After weeks of chasing for updates, I was simply ignored and left completely in the dark. I appreciate that properties can be let to other applicants, and I would have accepted that outcome. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy shown throughout the process. Being ignored while facing the stress of potentially losing my home caused unnecessary anxiety and wasted valuable time that I could have spent pursuing other properties. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with Serap.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a landlord, I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Andrews Orpington. They let my property very quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
