- KFKrzysztof FalkowskiAug 27, 20261.0Honestly dealing with these agents for recieving the deposit back is the worst experience I have ever had. I have attached evidence of their mismanagement of the whole situation while redacting names for privacy. I initially moved out at the start of June 2026, it took 2 weeks to get an email from them regarding the charges. A response was sent the same day from us challenging their claims and highlighting that they were raising costs which were fraudulent as they were damages within the property when initially moved in. Following chase up emails for 3 weeks, a response was only received after stating we will be raising it with TDS and their response was that they would speak to the landlord. Following no other emails we raised it the claim with TDS and after another 2 weeks we got their response that they wanted even more money for the same claims. Haart failed to handle this whole scenario as a management company and seemed to be acting more of a puppet. Their lack of communication to ensure we stayed up to date was appalling and how they managed issues during the tenancy was also disappointing letting a leaking shower issue go on for 2 years forcing us to have to buy and install a fix.

However some of the other members of the team do not return calls or supply emails and information I have requested. Often having to chase. And a lot of the time unable to speak to a member of the team on the phone. Emily has been brilliant and is outstanding. A shame other team members aren't the same.
