  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Haart Lettings, particularly with Maddison and another member of the team who also assisted us throughout the process. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive from start to finish. Moving and finding the right property can be stressful, but they made everything much easier by keeping us informed, answering our questions promptly, and helping us through every step of the process. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing great customer service. We always felt supported and valued as clients. A big thank you to Maddison and the team for all their hard work and assistance.   -0 stars I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been so distressing that I feel a responsibility to warn others. My sister rented a property through this agency for three years, during which the house suffered from ongoing and serious disrepair issues. She repeatedly reported problems—particularly with the ceilings and walls—via emails and phone calls. While contractors were occasionally sent to inspect, no meaningful repairs were ever carried out. This pattern continued throughout her tenancy. The situation became so severe that legal advice had to be sought regarding the disrepair. We later discovered that many of these issues appear to have existed before she moved in, yet were not properly disclosed. What is most concerning is what happened at the end of the tenancy. Despite clear records, emails, and even visits from contractors and the landlord acknowledging the reported issues, the agency has claimed that these problems were never reported. They are now attempting to hold my sister responsible for damage related to the very issues she raised multiple times. This experience has had a serious impact on her wellbeing, causing significant stress and anxiety. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise tenants to AVOID this agency. If you are already using them proceed with extreme care. As they actually encourage their landlords to extort money from tenants in all means possible.
