We recently had a property viewing with Charlotte, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we met her, she was full of positive energy and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Charlotte was professional throughout the viewing, but also very friendly and approachable. She happily answered all of our questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease. She was polite, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her job very well. It was obvious that she genuinely cares about helping people and providing a great experience. We had a wonderful viewing with her and came away feeling confident and well informed. Charlotte is a real asset to the team, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and professional experience.☺️ Alex

Me and my wife were finally able to buy our first home through them last month. We had multiple property viewings with other agents before, and we found Esra very informative and knowledgeable of the property compared to the others. The mortgage broker they referred us to at the initial stages was also very helpful. Can’t say the same thing about the solicitors they have referred us to, but that’s something out of their control. Michael has also been very crucial during the later stages of the conveyancing and communications with the other parties involved. Overall, great experience with them!

Recently been assisted by Charlotte and the biggest compliment I can pay her is that the way she has communicated with me is like she has been in this role for years far beyond her age. I have been a Retail Manager for two decades and am a firm believer you can nurture skill and knowledge, but behaviour, passion and desire has to come naturally. To me, Charlotte clearly has the latter in abundance. Very likable young lady and I truly hope she goes far with Haart 🙏😊

I rented a flat in Ashford through this agency, and it was handed over in an unacceptable condition. From the beginning of the tenancy, I reported numerous issues, including severe mould, leaks, rust, and other maintenance defects. Despite repeated emails and persistent follow-ups, my concerns were consistently ignored or dismissed. One of the most serious issues was the property's water supply. The property was left without running water for almost three months. Rather than resolving the problem, the agency repeatedly claimed that it fell outside their remit, leaving me with no option but to pay for repairs to the water pump myself in order to restore the water supply. The property also suffered from a significant mould problem. Given that my daughter has an existing medical condition, I repeatedly raised concerns about the potential health risks and requested assistance. Once again, little meaningful support was provided, and I was forced to address the issue at my own expense. Throughout the tenancy, the agency appeared far more proactive in reminding me when rent was due than in fulfilling its responsibilities regarding the condition of the property. The lack of support became so severe that we ultimately felt compelled to leave the property due to genuine health and safety concerns. Every issue was documented and reported to the agency in writing before we vacated. Rather than addressing the condition of the property, the agency seemed primarily focused on enforcing contractual obligations and retaining us as tenants for as long as possible. Following our departure, we were presented with a substantial bill for alleged damages and repairs. This was despite the fact that many of the issues cited had been reported from the outset of the tenancy and clearly pre-dated our occupation. We submitted extensive evidence through the Flatfair platform, including photographs from the official check-in inventory provided by the agency, along with photographs and correspondence sent throughout the tenancy documenting the issues. What was particularly concerning was the response from Rosie Wallace, who stated: “There is no proof of the date in which these photos were taken of the property; please also compare the check-in and check-out reports for evidence.” This response suggests either a failure to properly review the evidence submitted or a fundamental misunderstanding of the documentation provided. The photographs in question were taken directly from the official check-in inventory and from emails previously sent to the agency reporting the issues. Had the evidence been reviewed thoroughly, this would have been immediately apparent. Regarding Arandeep Dhinsa, I found him to be completely ineffective in providing any meaningful solutions to the issues raised. It appears that the responses and supporting evidence sent to him were either not properly reviewed or disregarded, as the attached documents were seemingly never opened or examined. Had these attachments been reviewed, the mistakes on your side would have been evident. Furthermore, concerning the water issue mentioned in the first paragraph, this matter was raised directly with Arandeep Dhinsa. Despite being made aware of the problem, no adequate support or action was provided to resolve it. As a result, the issue remained unresolved for four months, causing unnecessary inconvenience and demonstrating a serious lack of responsiveness and accountability. Having rented properties across London and the South East for many years, this has been, without question, the worst experience I have encountered with a letting agency. The level of incompetence, lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for legitimate tenant concerns was extraordinary. The unnecessary stress, time, and financial burden caused by the agency's conduct is something no tenant should have to endure. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering renting through this agency to proceed with extreme caution. If you can try to AVIOD THEM!!
