    I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

    AVOID AVOID AVOID We had our flat on the market with Haart Abbots Langley for 9 months and only had 5 viewings. Constant excuses and lies from the team, no follow ups and meant we were having to chase them throughout (despite being assured that we would get an update every week). Half of our viewings we only found out about when we called to get an update on how things were. Shorab, Tom and Jamie were very dismissive throughout and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on. 2 flats in the same block as ours sold within 3 weeks of going on the market using different agents for a higher price than what we had ours on for -Haart had driven down the price as they had kept stating it needed to be lower (which ultimately cost us money in the long term). It became very apparent that the issue was Haart and not the flat. Switched over to Foxtons Watford and had 3 viewings and had sold within a week. The two estate agents were like night and day. Haart were extremely unprofessional and caused nothing but stress whilst we were with them and their only tactic for selling seemed to be lowering the price -which in our case didn’t need to have happened and lost us money. Please look elsewhere when selling -highly recommend Foxtons!

    Absolutely terrible and highly questionable business practices. I received an unsolicited sales call from Haart on a Sunday, from what appeared to be a local telephone number. Only during the call did it become apparent that this was actually their head office calling to ask whether I wanted to sell my property. I have never contacted Haart or any other estate agent, never requested a valuation, never expressed any interest in selling, and have absolutely no relationship with this company. So naturally the question is: where did they get my details from? It feels as though they are harvesting homeowner data and cold-calling people at random in the hope of generating leads. The fact that this happened on a Sunday makes it even worse. Most people expect to be left alone on weekends, not interrupted by unsolicited sales calls. Using a local number to increase the likelihood of someone answering only adds to the impression of a company willing to use questionable tactics to generate business. This type of behaviour is intrusive, unprofessional, and exactly why estate agents often struggle with public trust. If a company is willing to contact complete strangers out of the blue, on a Sunday, using what appears to be a local number, it does not inspire confidence in how they handle personal data or conduct their business. The irony is that I am not interested in selling my property through Haart or through any estate agent at all. I have given no indication that I am looking to sell, which makes this cold call even more baffling and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would never consider using Haart under any circumstances. Unsolicited Sunday sales calls are a guaranteed way to ensure I never become a customer.

    Very disappointed. My allocated parking space is always taken by another car, and I cannot park my own car. Management cannot provide documents to prove it is my space. I am now thinking to call the police, which is unacceptable for a resident. Second problem: the remote fob does not work. This issue is not fixed for months. I cannot open the barrier, so I can’t even receive deliveries to my flat. Very poor communication and no real solutions. Yevhen, 19 Pinnacle House

    Terrible experience! Published mothers house without her signing off photos which were awful and even had wrong kitchen uploaded!! Lack of communication, professionalism and customer service avoid at all costs
