During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

The property was in unfamiliar territory as it was rural with land, we had moved from a town environment . George Clarendon although a partner in the business was completely hands on throughout the whole transaction . Giving constant updates, advice and even contactable on his day off ! Quite frankly without him it wouldn’t have gone through .Other staff I spoke to were polite and always tried to assist. I recommend this branch in Winchester .
