  Truly first rate experience from start to finish. Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank. Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house. While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round. Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

  We dealt with Knight Frank between January and May 2026, purchasing a house through them in the Winchester area. During the process our agent was always calm, helpful and encouraging. From the initial viewing to completion they were quick to respond and follow up any questions we had, being available within an hour or two during a busy day. They were focused at all times on finding a way to get us over that exchange of contracts line, liaising with the relevant parties (vendors, solicitors, the management company), anticipating and dealing with issues that might hold things up.

  We have just had a fabulous sale with George and his team. Calm, effortless, efficient and ultimately, very successful. In a difficult market they achieved an exchange within six weeks of coming to the market, and at a price in excess of the guide price. We could not have asked for more.

  Knight Frank have just helped us sell our house in Winchester and did a great job. In a challenging market we had an offer we could accept in 10 days and then despite a reasonably lengthy, and at times bumpy, process we completed on time and were supported throughout particularly by Lottie. Having had a less than optimal experience last time we sold a house it was refreshing and comforting this time to know we made the right choice of agent.

  Quick visit when passing through Winchester, George kindly provided a brochure on a house that was suitable. Just the initial first impression and service spoke volumes. Highly recommend.
