  Selling our house in central Winchester has certainly been a marathon. However the whole team in the office always guided and at times stirred us through the current weak housing market. Lottie in particular was marvellously supportive during the many ups and down. We got there in the end but my goodness it is a hard slog these days. I can happily highly recommend using Knight Frank as they will certainly do their level best to help you sell or buy. Thanks again Lottie and all your colleagues.

  Lottie was an amazing help throughout a protracted and complex purchase process. We had great difficulty with our solicitor and the general state of the market. Throughout a period of circa 9 months, we felt that Lottie was one of the few who was generally on our side and working towards a successful conclusion. She was approachable, highly professional and a pleasure to work with. We are so grateful to her for her efforts in managing both ends of the chain so effectively and for helping us to buy our wonderful new home.

  I viewed at property for sale by Knight Frank, Winchester branch, at the end of February 2026 and collected the keys in early July 2026. The property was initially shown to me by Emily Sergeant and then the purchase was handled by Jonathan Lacey. It was only fitting that when I came to the office to collect the keys they were given to me by Emily. From start to finish they were both extremely professional and easily contactable, no enquiries were any issue and were dealt with very promptly. I travel a lot for work and their online portal made progress clear and easy to track, in addition, Jon was able to be contacted at times outside of standard office hours, both of these simplified the purchase. I am currently settling in to my new home but should I ever wish to sell, I would definitely contact the Knight Frank Winchester branch.
