I’m not local to the area, although my partner is, but Alan’s local knowledge and insight were genuinely so helpful and opened our eyes to areas and options we never would’ve considered ourselves that actually suited our budget. He made the whole process feel far less stressful and you could tell he genuinely wanted to help rather than just make a sale. Really grateful for all his help and would definitely use him again in the future.

I also applaud his tenacity - I wouldn't have known about the property had he not pro-actively matched it to my requirements, calling me personally and persuading me to look at a great flat I otherwise would have passed over due to location. If only even half the estate agents I have signed up with would make this effort rather than just spamming buyers' inboxes, the industry would have a better reputation.
