However, Jake and John continued to support me throughout the process, followed things up persistently, and did everything they could to resolve the situation. Thanks to their continued help and efforts, I was ultimately able to secure the property. They were also very patient in explaining each step of the process in detail and clearly explaining what I needed to do next.
