  We recently used Andrew’s Stroud branch to sell our home, and also our onwards purchase. They have been nothing but helpful from the beginning and I can’t give them enough credit for all they’ve had to do to get our chain through to completion. We found the property we wanted so needed to sell fast, and had our house on the market within a few days and it sold within 12 days (in winter!). There were some pretty difficult hurdles to overcome within the chain, but the staff were so helpful and put up with my multiple phone calls a day with endless questions, and didn’t seem phased by my pestering!!! In particular, Alex has been an absolute saint and we are so grateful for all the time he put in to sorting out things. Also a big thanks to Shayla who would provide reassurance and a listening ear! All staff have been brilliant and we’ve been so pleased with the service provided.

  Very poor experience from start to finish. This has honestly been one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication was difficult, the whole process was unnecessarily stressful, and simple matters were made far more complicated than they needed to be. The handling of the tenancy issues at the end was particularly poor. Rather than dealing with matters fairly and reasonably, there seemed to be constant resistance, inconsistency and very little effort to resolve things in a practical way. I found Charlotte Jobbins especially difficult to deal with throughout, which only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, the service felt unhelpful, badly managed and lacking in professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Andrews to anyone.

  A fabulous team for whom I’ve nothing but praise… organised the viewings keeping me informed on when and how they went. A special thanks to Mandy for her professionalism and excellent communication skills, to Alex for dealing with my sale throughout and for always making me smile.   The whole team at Andrew’s in Stroud were super friendly and helpful. Alex was especially attentive, guiding us through the purchase with a good humour and following up on any questions we had. We are now happily settled in Stroud thanks to Alex and the team!
