We ended up having an offer accepted on one which we are buying now. If you are looking at houses in Witham or surrounding I would recommend looking at Haarts listings.

They do not care about you as a buyer or seller as long as they get what they want. When you ask too many questions they refuse to talk to you any further. They went as far as to call me threatening because they couldn’t be bothered to be helpful and thought it would be easier to fob me and my partner off. If I could give a zero I would.
