  Lily Barnes I’ve been very impressed with during my house search and is a credit to estate agents. Very easy to talk to, keeps me updated, sends me information without being too pushy and extremely helpful when discussing house viewings as she takes the time to understand my requirements and highlighting the areas I’m interested in. She’s also very knowledgeable about the houses she’s shown me and the local area and comes back to answer any questions she needs clarification on. If I was selling my house I would want Lily to help me. One of the best agents I have dealt with during my search.

  We sold four houses through Haart over a period of two years, and it wasn’t always an easy process. There were some very stressful times along the way, but with our final sale we had Ann Cope in our corner, and what a difference she made. Ann is extremely tenacious and, importantly, when she tells you she will ring you back, she does. That might sound like a small thing, but when you’re in the middle of a stressful house sale and waiting for updates, it makes an enormous difference. I’ve sometimes felt that estate agents forget just how stressful it is for sellers to be kept in the dark. I’ve never subscribed to the “no news is good news” approach when it comes to selling a house, and I felt that Ann completely understood that. She kept us informed, chased when things needed chasing and made us feel that she was genuinely on our side. Of the four properties we sold through Haart, our final sale with Ann was the only one where I really felt the process was handled with us, as the sellers, in mind. We now have no more properties to sell, but if we did, I would only appoint Haart again if I knew Ann would be handling the sales progression. She is an absolute credit to the Colchester branch.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend Samantha Beyers and the team at Haart Lettings highly enough. Since moving in, I’ve been really impressed with the level of service I’ve received. A particular mention has to go to Samantha for how quickly she dealt with any repair issues. From reporting the problem to getting it sorted, everything was handled incredibly quickly and professionally. It was such a relief knowing that the issue was being taken seriously and dealt with without being left waiting around. Samantha has been absolutely lovely to deal with very helpful, approachable and understanding. What I’ve really appreciated is that she takes the time to understand people’s individual situations and circumstances rather than making you feel like you’re just another tenant or another number. That’s something I’ve found with Haart as a whole. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, helpful and understanding, and the communication has been excellent. Moving into a new home can sometimes come with a lot of worries and uncertainties, but having a property manager and letting team who actually listen and are willing to help makes such a difference. A huge thank you to Samantha and the wider Haart team for the outstanding service. I genuinely couldn’t ask for more and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. **5 stars absolutely deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**
