  I bought and sold the same flat through Haart Estate Agent Chelmsford and they were professional and friendly on both occasions. They made the full process more relaxed as I knew that someone is chasing the seller or buyer to complete this process. Especially Stephanie Edward was brilliant and made the whole process so much easier than we expected. She was incredibly proactive, always kept us in the loop after sale.   I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Steph because she was genuinely outstanding throughout the sale of my property. Selling a property is never straightforward, and unfortunately there were several challenges, delays and frustrations during my transaction. Throughout all of that, Steph was the one constant who kept everything moving and made the process far less stressful than it otherwise would have been. From day one, she was professional, proactive and incredibly responsive. Although she only works four days a week, you honestly would never know it. Every email, phone call or query was dealt with quickly, and I always felt confident that if something needed chasing, Steph would already be on top of it. What impressed me most was how much ownership she took. Rather than simply passing messages between parties, she actively managed the process, kept everyone updated and pushed things forward whenever progress stalled. There were numerous occasions where she stepped in, chased updates, coordinated communication and made sure momentum wasn’t lost. It genuinely felt like she cared about getting the transaction completed rather than just processing another file. Throughout the sale, Steph was knowledgeable, organised and always willing to explain things clearly. She has that rare ability to make complicated situations feel manageable and was always happy to answer questions without making you feel like a burden. That level of communication and reassurance is invaluable when you’re making one of the biggest financial transactions of your life. One thing that really stood out was her reliability. If Steph said she would do something, it got done. If she said she would call back, she called back. If she said she would chase something, she chased it. In an industry where communication can sometimes be lacking, that level of consistency was incredibly refreshing. Looking back, I can honestly say that Steph was one of the main reasons my sale progressed as efficiently as it did. She remained calm, professional and supportive throughout, even when difficulties arose, and her efforts never went unnoticed. What impressed me even further was that Steph’s support didn’t stop once the sale had completed. Even after her direct involvement in the transaction should realistically have ended, she still took the time to assist me with issues and queries relating to my solicitors. She didn’t have to do that, but she continued to help, provide guidance and point me in the right direction when I needed it. That level of care and professionalism is extremely rare and speaks volumes about the pride she takes in her work and the level of service she provides to her clients. Thank you, Steph, for all of your hard work, patience and dedication throughout the process. You were an absolute credit to your company and I genuinely can’t thank you enough for everything you did. I would not hesitate to recommend Steph to anyone buying or selling a property, and if I ever move again, she would be the first person I would want involved in the process.
