  Buying our second property in our lives with Haart wouldn't have been as successful as it was without the team behind the scenes. We had a complex leasehold sale with plenty of hitches along the way, but Zenobia and the team were always there to chase the process along, even though they were on the other side of the chain. They will work relentlessly for your purchase and we were happy with the overall process.

  We purchased our new home through haart Braintree, who were acting for the seller, and both Shannay Jarvis and Zenobia Hoare played an important part in helping a long and complicated transaction reach exchange. Shannay, the Branch Manager, was excellent from the outset. She sold us the house, remained approachable throughout and stepped in personally when the transaction became particularly difficult. Even when I raised concerns, she responded with real grace, patience and professionalism. She took the time to speak with me at length, listened carefully and followed up with clear, detailed emails setting out the relevant milestones and next steps, exactly as I had requested. She never once became defensive or impatient. Zenobia, the Sales Progressor, worked extremely hard on the seller’s side of the transaction, supporting the seller and liaising constructively with Gemma Williams and Jules Cain at Boydens, as well as all the solicitors involved. It was a challenging chain, but she remained courteous, professional and committed to helping matters move forward. Once we reached exchange, she continued to assist by promptly forwarding our post-exchange queries and keeping us updated. Property transactions can become stressful very quickly, particularly when difficulties arise lower down a long and complicated chain, but Shannay and Zenobia both showed genuine care, perseverance and professionalism. We are extremely grateful for everything they did to help us secure our new home and would happily recommend them both, and haart Braintree, to others. They did not simply sell the property; they worked hard to help see the transaction through and showed real consideration for all parties involved along the way. Thank you both. Your efforts genuinely made a difference to us, and your input was instrumental in helping this transaction succeed.

  We had several viewings with different estate agents, and Shannay was by far the most professional. She knew the properties inside and out, answered all of our questions confidently, and made us feel completely comfortable throughout each viewing. She was friendly, approachable, and never made us feel under any pressure.
