  My overall experience with haart has been awesome. Lilli in particular has really helped us, from the very first viewing we had with her, the help we recieved was incredible, she answered any questions with great knowledge and went above and beyond to help us, after our offer was accepted Lilli has helped make the process as smooth as possible so far. Many thanks to the team at haart and lilli in particular!

  The entire staff at haart Basildon were great during the sale of my property recently. Of all, Rebecca stands out for me during the process. She is just amazing, supportive, always encouraging and explaining the process at every stage. If there is a 6 star, she wiil get it.

Lilli has been absolutely amazing ,friendly, professional, very helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. She has made the process much easier and has kept us updated throughout.   We have had the great pleasure of dealing with 3 members of Haart estate agents. Lilli-Mai Abaatu has been there since our initial enquiry. Very polite, very professional. Gets back to you with any queries you may have, if she doesn't know then she goes and finds out and gets back to you straight away, and doesnt try to fill you with mind baffling jargon. Very knowledgeable in her field and guides, advises and recommends every step of the way without making you feel pressurised or intimidated into making a choice. Constant weekly updates is such a nice thing to receive, even when there is nothing to update. We met Chloe Staerck when viewing the property we have now had a bid accepted for. She knew the house inside out and was able to answer all our questions. She was there waiting for us, even though we was a bit early ourselves. Well spoken, very polite and professional. We did not feel rushed when viewing the property. Allowed us to be ourselves and open cupboards, etc and take pictures. We had Jake Kennedy round a couple of times at our current property. First for the valuation and then for the pictures and videos. Very professional. Very polite and very honest. A real people person. This goes along way with us. We was told the valuation with our property, which we was slightly disappointed with, but was advised that we could market it in a slightly different way that could help us achieve a total nearer to our own valuation. Every step of the process was explained clearly and updates aplenty throughout. No pushy sales techniques with any of these 3 members and every single one of them only a phone call away. I'm not a person who can easily pick up a phone and talk to someone. I'd much rather prefer to email, however, I feel totally at ease with all of these members and and feel very comfortable to be able to just phone them if I need anything, knowing full well I'm in expert hands. Our property was marketed at £325,000. With the help and guidance of these members we was able to achieve and accept an offer for £10,000 more than this price. An absolute real pleasure to deal with.
