  First-class service from start to finish I bought my property through Hart Basildon, and Aron helped me a huge amount throughout the whole process. He guided me through every step of the purchase, kept me updated regularly, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, he also went above and beyond by sorting out my mortgage as my broker. He found me a great deal, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and made what can be a complicated process feel simple and stress-free. Having one trusted person to look after both the property purchase and the mortgage made everything so much easier. I can’t recommend Aron and the team at Hart Basildon highly enough.   I had two viewings after work with this estate agent, and they have been great from the start. They kept in touch and were prompt in arranging the viewings. Frankie was the one to show me both properties, and he was on time, ready to show me around with answers to my questions straight away, I will be keeping an eye on their website because of this experience to view more properties as I am impressed so far with their great service. Keep it up!

  Extremely disappointing and frustrating viewing experience. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find the property, which is tucked away behind several houses and not clearly visible. I attempted to call the contact number provided in the viewing confirmation messages, only to discover that it isn't a valid number and cannot be reached. This left me with no direct way of contacting the sales agent. I then called the main office, which repeatedly redirected me to another branch. I was told a message would be sent to the relevant office asking them to contact me, but nobody ever called back. After eventually finding the property, I arrived at approximately 2:40pm for my 2:30pm viewing. I rang the doorbell, waited, and then called the office again, only to be informed that the sales agent had already left . Given that the viewing slot was confirmed as 15 minutes, I was surprised to be told that the sales agent had already left without attempting to contact me, check whether I was nearby, or even wait for the duration of the allocated appointment time. What makes this even more disappointing is that the delay was made worse by the property's difficult location and the fact that the contact number provided was unusable. Despite these circumstances, there was no effort whatsoever to help resolve the situation. Instead, I was simply told to wait another 2/3 hours or rearrange for another day. I had rearranged and cancelled other commitments specifically to attend this viewing, so to be treated with such a lack of consideration was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would seriously question the level of service provided. A complete waste of time and a very poor first impression.
