It can be hard deciding who to go with but Knight Frank were impressive in cutting out too much ‘sales’ talk and offered us realistic opinions and a price that we were happy with. They proved to be very reliable regarding all services required for the sale. We had an incident where an open valve from a neighbour’s pipe caused a leak into our flat while we were away on holiday. Knight Frank’s staff were extremely helpful during this short but stressful time, and went out of their way to mitigate the problem and work with the appropriate people who could fix it quickly. Every time we dealt with them they were pleasant, efficient and professional. We were very impressed and recommend them highly to anyone.
