  Having just dealt with Sarah at Haart this week I can honestly say that it has been a pleasure dealing with her and getting a sale tied up without any fuss, in a good timescale and in a straightforward no nonsense approach which is becoming rare these days!   Thanks to Sarah Banks and Amber for showing us around the property on which we have had a recent offer accepted. So far so good with the purchase. Plenty of phone conversations to keep things moving along, especially when one considers that as a purchaser it is a fairly rare event, lots of legalitalies that need addressing. I would recommend Haart and Sara Banks to anyone who is purchasing a property.

  I popped into the branch to book some viewings last week for a couple of properties we were interested in. We were greeted by a bubbly, friendly member of staff who was only too happy to help. We had the viewings yesterday evening, she took the time to show us around the home, pointing out things & letting us take our time. There was no rushing, and she was happy to answer any questions we had. We’ve now made an offer for one of the properties & hoping this will become our dream home. Amber has been the best in terms of communication, keeping us up to date & calling back when she said she would. A great effort & looking forward to buying the house soon.
