Florence was fantastic throughout our purchase. She was always very communicative, encouraging, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. The whole process felt much smoother thanks to her support. Highly recommend.

After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

We have been very happy with the service we received from Knight Frank and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
Everyone we dealt with at Knight Frank was professional and helpful and liaison between the team was excellent. If we called and our contact agent wasn’t available, the other staff were fully aware of what was going on with our transaction and were able to help.
Throughout the process their staff kept in touch with the buyers, sellers and the conveyancing teams and let us know the latest developments. This clear communication made the whole process less stressful and kept everything moving towards a successful conclusion.

We have recently purchased a house via Knight Frank’s Exeter Office. We are overjoyed to be in our new home and cannot thank Florence Biss enough for all her hard work. The purchase wasn’t straight forward but Florence kept everything on track and guided both sides through to a successful completion. Thank you so much!!
