  We were looking for a good home to move to Crewe, we walked into butters john bee and we saw Mr Cameron Rose, he explained us about the best areas where we can get a home with respect to commuting, accessibility and value for the price... He himself came with us for 4-5 different properties and helped us view it with every detail so we could get the best property for us... His experience in this field is vast and I would really recommend anyone looking to rent or buy a house to approach Mr Cameron Rose at butters john bee and im very sure that you would get the best advice that would help you based on your needs.

  As a landlord with several rental properties across the Northwest, I have experience working with several letting agents. Unfortunately, my experience with Butters John Bee (Crewe) has been by far the most disappointing. Communication has been consistently poor. Basic enquiries often go unanswered, responses are significantly delayed, and obtaining even straightforward information has proven unnecessarily difficult. From my experience, there appears to be little emphasis on customer service or timely communication. The most consistent response I have received has been an automated "out of office" email. What appeared to constitute a "swift response" in their view was typically in the region of 72 hours - if they responded at all. I was left questioning whether the business has any meaningful customer service KPIs or response time standards in place for staff responsible for client relations. Managing a rental property is a huge investment, and landlords deserve an agent that is responsive, proactive, and accountable. Based on my experience, I could not possibly recommend BJB Crewe. There are far better managing agents available, and I would strongly encourage landlords to explore other options before entrusting their property to this branch.

Although that property was not for me Cameron and other members at your Crewe branch are helping me find a suitable property .thanks Mandy C.

  I’m basing this review solely on the service provided from Natalie Tunnicliffe. I was unfortunately unsuccessful in renting a house by a different estate agent at the Hanley branch and was advised by that particular agent that I should receive my holding deposit back as it was through no fault of my own. I tried to email 2 days ago for this to be refunded but had no response, eventually got through to Natalie and she had this resolved within a few hours and explained that the prior estate agent advised that I wasn’t getting the deposit back however Natalie went above and beyond and enabled me to get this back. She kept me updated throughout too, amazing service.
