Eleri has be helpful, polite, supportive and honest throughout the selling process, which has helped to reduce the stress of selling our property. All the staff are professional and always ready to answer any questions you might have, I can't praise them enough.

They were strictly told not to share this with any third parties and yet within a couple of days they did just this, causing huge problems. I should have sued. They also overview the property as they charged commission based on the initial valuation and not the final selling price. I may have gone with them anyway but found their indiscretion unprofessional.
